The Punching on Sheet Metal is taken care by EUROMAC's MTX auto index machine. With a 4 mtr long table, it can handle sheet size of 1270 x 4000 mm with auto repositioning beyond 2000 mm. So up to 2mtr, machine can punch without repositioning and thus avoiding time loss and further improving quality. With its unique 30 Tonns capacity it can easily punch 6.4 mm thick MS. 

We Fabricate:-

1. We Punch Steel Sheets on CNC Punching Machines - Trumpf, Germany. 1250mm - 4mm thickness.

2. Hydraulic Press With Auto Feeder 250Ton.

3. Mechanical Presses From 40Ton to 200Ton.

4. We Weld Parts Using MIG/TIG, Inverter, Argon Welding As Well As Spot and Stud Welding.

5. Buffing,Grinding & Finishing.

The CNC Turret Punch Press gives remarkable productivity for the components having many perforations or requiring many punches. 

It is able to punch 3mm in M.S., 4mm in Aluminium & 1.6mm in S.S. and has vast tooling potential for the increased versatility. This means ability to produce variety of components without re-tooling.
